The Bible calls debt a curse and children a blessing. But in our culture, we apply for a curse and reject blessings. Something is wrong with this picture. - Doug Phillips

Long overdue...

I don't have a long time to post, so I will have to make this short for now.  Sunny has been home from China for a little over two weeks and she fits in like a charm!  She acts like she's been here forever!

Friday night, however, she fractured her femur again and we headed to the ER.  When we saw her x-rays, we were surprised to find out that she dosent' have the rods in her legs that we were told she had.  Instead, she has plates screwed into the sides of the bone,  Plates that re too big for her, with screws that are too long for her little bones.

We are in the process of decided where/when she will have surgery to remove the plates and replace with proper rods.  I'll be on the ohone with doctors most of the day today, so I will update more just a soon as I have time.

Also, I will work on getting a trip synopsis done for the blog!  Here's a picture of the patient!

Sunny's first doctor's appointment.  She got a flu shot!

Less than a week later, she was in the ER with a broken femur!
At home resting with pain medication.
